All weddings are shot in Wide-screen 24FPS Documentary style with as much natural lighting as possible. The camera is a professional 3 chip digital camera. Use of on camera video lighting may be extra. Groom will be equipped with wireless lapel microphone in order to capture nuptials audio. (Not guaranteed due to possible interference)We will have a back-up Shotgun microphone. Weddings, no matter how well planned, are sometimes very chaotic. We will strive to shoot the best video possible for this chaotic time and produce the best wedding video possible to keep your memories alive.
A 10% deposit (non refundable) is required. There is a 20% discount for referrals (referred by previous client) before add-ons.
There is a travel fee. Less than 60 miles is free, more than 60 and up to 100 miles is $75, anything over 100 miles, $1.50 per mile. Zero Point is zip code 01083 This is all one direction, not round trip. This includes mileage to the church and photographs and reception.

All Weddings Will include 2 DVDs for the newly married couple. Any extra DVDs will be billed at $35 each. If the client wishes, they may purchase an external USB harddrive and we will transfer all raw and edited footage and project files for the price of a DVD. After all edits are final, there will be a $200 charge if you want us to keep the files in storage with a $100 a year storage maintenance fee.
Professional DVD printing will be extra and will be sub-contracted out. As of now we dont have the equipment for proper DVD printing but hope to have the equipment in the near future.
All wedding contracts will require a meal for each videographer and/or editor/video presenter to be provided at a table close to the events but not required in actual reception area. If no table and/or meal is provided, we reserve the right to order from the menu and bill you for it or order takeout from elsewhere.
Date changes may require a surcharge, depending on our shooting schedule. If our schedule is open and no one has booked yet, we would be happy to fill in that date for you at no extra charge.
